With a time of 4 hours, 1 minute, and 9 seconds, Engelhardt won the four-man sprint at the finish line in Soria, ahead of Italian Alessandro Fedeli (Q36.5) and Dutchman Alex Moleenar (Electro Hiper Europa), with Iv\u00e1n Garc\u00eda Cortina (Movistar Team) as the best Spaniard and fourth-place finisher.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day was dominated by five riders: Jetse Bol (Burgos), \u00cd\u00f1igo Elosegui (Kern Pharma), Abel Balderstone (Caja Rural \u2013 Seguros RGA), August Jensen (Human Powered Health), and Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Garc\u00eda (Electro Hiper Europa), who managed to build up a gap of up to 5 minutes and 40 seconds over the peloton. It was then that Movistar Team and Jayco AlUla began to push to close the gap, which had fallen to 30 seconds. Frenchman Jeremy Cabot (TotalEnergies) first caught the escapees and then decided to wage war on his own, with just over 1 minute and 30 seconds left with just 15 kilometers to go.
