The 38th edition of the Castilla y Le\u00f3n International Cycling Classic will take place next Tuesday, July 23, with a 199-km flat stage starting in Valladolid and finishing in the town of La Cist\u00e9rniga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the good news is the participation of Valladolid native Iv\u00e1n Romeo, who will be a member of the Movistar team.
