Segovia will decide the final winner of the thirty-seventh edition of the International Cycling Tour of Castile and León, which will take place on July 26 and 27, organized by the Cadalsa Cycling Club.

The archaeological site of Los Cinco Caños in the Segovian town of Coca will be the starting point for the second and final stage of a Castilian-Leonese round that, for yet another edition, will have the fundamental support of the Regional Government to develop a sporting event of great importance to the Community, both for its sporting interest, with top-level teams and cyclists attending, and for its media impact, as well as for being an excellent vehicle for promoting tourism and culture.

After a first stage, starting and finishing in Soria, covering 168.9 kilometers and passing through Rioja, including the climb to Puerto de Piqueras, the Vuelta Ciclista a Castilla y León will now enter its second and final stage. This stage will depart from the city of Soria and cover 186.2 kilometers through Segovia. It will also traverse the Community of Madrid for just over 36 kilometers to climb the first-category Alto de Navacerrada. Upon returning to the Community, the second and final climb of the day will take place: the Alto de Navafría, also a first-category climb, which will be reached with just over 42 kilometers remaining until the finish line in the capital of Segovia.

Thus, the second stage of the regional tour will pass through the towns of Coca, Navas de la Asunción, Navas de Oro, Nieva, Santa María la Real de Nieva, La Granja, La Pradera de Navalhorno, Rascafría, Alameda del Valle, Lozoya, Navafría, Collado Hermoso, Torrecaballeros and finally Segovia, after having previously passed through at kilometer point 116.9.
In this way, the roads of Segovia will decide the winner of an International Cycling Tour of Castile and León that has left its mark on the history of cycling with illustrious names such as Miguel Indurain, Alberto Contador, Alejandro Valverde, and the recent winner, Simon Yates.
